A regional Scrum gathering earned itself a global case study — written not by us, but by Scrum Alliance's own official account, followed by 440,000 people. 221 attendees, a full day of hands-on work, a 9.27 satisfaction score, an NPS of 71 (on a -100 to +100 scale), and 70% of the room at management level or above — the group that gave the highest marks of all. This wasn't the size of the event. It was seven months of preparation, a team of volunteers who were trusted to lead, and the nerve to put "Let the World See Taiwan" on the closing video's opening title. Real scale is never something you claim for yourself — it's something other people choose to say about you.

一個區域性的Scrum聚會,讓Scrum Alliance用44萬人追蹤的官方帳號,寫成全球案例。221人、一整天實作、9.27分滿意度、NPS 71 (-100到+100),70%與會者是主管級以上,卻給出最高評分。這不是活動辦得夠大,是靠七個月的準備、一群志工的信任,還有敢把「Let the World See Taiwan」寫進片頭的決心。真正的格局,不是自己說出來的,是別人願意替你說出來。
